INTRODUCTIONS
CG-T INK is a screen printing ink that can form glass films by sintering process at 700-800 °C.

RECOMMEND
Designing of glass products such as mirrors and inorganic materials such as enamels, ceramics etc.

It can use sintering process at 700-800 °C.
High hardness
High gloss

HOW TO USE
Block screen : 200 -250 mesh
Intermediate drying : 80°C x 15 minutes
Diluent solvent : STYROL THINNER
Sintering condition : 700 – 800°C x 5-15 minutes

POT LIFE
Have no pot life.

HOW TO WASH UP THE PRINTING BLOCK
Use VINYL CLEANING THINNER

PERCAUTIONS
– This is the non-silicon type ink. If printing adhere the silicon material, it will be the cause of failed printing. Therefore, please be careful to handle printing materials.
– If the Sintering process is not good enough, you can improve by taking the time longer or increasing temperature.
