Properties
Fast drying. Excellent adhesion. Chemical resistance.
INTRODUCTIONS
PAD-SAP INK is two-component type of acrylic urethane ink. Good adhesion and excellent properties are obtained. As this is epoxy ink, there is no problem in weathering resistance.
APPLICATIONS
Primed metal, unprimed metal, plated surface, hard-coat plastics, special engineering, plastics, thermosetting resin.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Good adhesion to recommended substrates.
2. Pot life is long. Stable on the screen.
3. Ink cures at low temperature.
4. High gloss and high opacity.
5. The properties are excellent(eg. resistance to chemicals/solvent).
HOW TO USE
Add 10 parts of JA-950 and 5-20 parts of thinner respectively to 100 parts of ink. Stir well before print. TETRON THINNER(fast drying, standard drying, slow drying) is recommended.
POT LIFE
Approx.6-12 hours at room temperature.(25°C)(77°F)
DRYING
Tack-free :
Be sure to dry with heat.
Ink added with ES THINNER SLOW DRYING. 60°C(140°F), 10 minutes or 80°C(176°F), 5 minutes.
Complete drying :
room temp. 3 days, 80°C(176°F), 60 minutes or 120°C(248°F), 15 minutes. The higher the drying temperature is, the better the adhesion and properties become.
STENCIL & WASHING UP
Use photo-stencil. Use VINYL CLEANING THINNER.

2) 20 rubs after immersing the printed materials in the liquid below. After washing up and drying the printed materials, gloss and color fading are examined.

PRECAUTIONS
1. The weathering resistance of PAD-SAP INK is good. (Please refer to lightfastness chart If higher weathering resistance is required, please use APG INK. Although the resin of APG is the same as PAD-SAP INK, all the pigments used for APG have high-weathering resistance.
2. 1000 SERIES EPILITE INK has better adhesion than PAD-SAP INK to glass, ceramics and metal.

4. Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.
