PAD-SSG INK
INTRODUCTIONS
PAD-SSG INK forms glossy and tough ink film that has excellent physical properties
such as alcohol resistance.
APPLICATIONS
Acryl plate, ABS(primed/unprimed), rigid vinyl, vinyl stickers, glossy paper, coated paper.
CHARACTERISTICS
– Good printability. Ink film is glossy with good levelling.
– Excellent adhesion
– Weathering resistance is rather good.
– Excellent resistance to oil, alcohol, gasoline and chemicals.
– Suitable for vacuum-forming.
– Dried ink film is tough and resistant to scratch.
HOW TO USE
Dilute the ink with ES THINNER (fast drying, standard drying, slow drying).
mixing ratio ink : thinner = 100 : 10-30
DRYING
Substrate : Acryl plate. Tack free : Approx.15 min.(20°C)(68°F), Approx.3 min.(60°C)(140°F)
Complete drying : Approx.90 min.(20°C)(68°F), Approx.5 min.(60°C)(140°F)
STENCIL & WASHING UP
Use photo-stencil. Use VINYL CLEANING THINNER.
LIGHTFASTNESS
5-8 grades (Please refer to lightfastness chart)
COLOR RANGE
– Standard 20 colors
– EXO(extra opaque) 8 colors
– MATTING AGENT
– Packing 1 kg / can
PRECAUTIONS
1. PAD-SSG INK forms tough ink film. If plural hits are done on vinyl stickers,
the substrate may curl up. Use 3500 SERIES EXG INK which is more flexible than PAD-SSG INK
2. PAD-SSG INK is not suitable for styrol, AS and noryl. Good adhesion cannot be obtained.
3. Although weathering resistance of PAD-SSG INK is rather good, 3500 SERIES EXG INK is
recommended when long-life weathering resistance is required. Weathering resistance can be
made even better by using JELCON SERIES VS INK(UV cutting clear ink) together with 3500 SERIES.
4. Please refer to MSDS before use.
5. Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product fits the purposes.

2. Weathering resistance depends on the color. Please refer to lightfastness chart before use.
Matched colors, especially smoke colors and pale colors, are inferior to standard colors in weathering
resistance.
