CHARACTERISTICS
1. Excellent adhesion to tempered glass, glass and metal (such as aluminum).
2. Ink film is tough and resistant to abrasion and chemicals.
3. Safe to handle due to its low skin irritation.

HOW TO USE
GM series adheres to tempered glass, glass and metal without pre-treatment.
It is recommended to use flame-treatment when the sufficient adhesion cannot be obtained.
Adhesion can be improved by heating after print(120-150 degree Celsius x approx.10 minutes)
when no treatment can be applied.
Add additive JAR-50 by 5% and stir well before use. The pot life of the mixture is approx.4-6
hours under 25 degrees Celsius. Add Reducer up to 5% to lower the viscosity.

CURING CONDITIONS
 – Lamp power : 120W/cm (one metal halide lamp)
 – Irradiation distance (Distance from the focus) : 10 cm
 – Conveyor speed : 2-5m/min(integral light 500-1200mJ/cm²)
 – Cooling system : Air-cooling or water-cooling

COLOR RANGE
White, Opaque white, Lemon yellow, Deep yellow, Orange, Bright red, Red, Geranium, Pink,
Violet, Deep blue, Blue, Green, Marine blue, Black, Clear

PRECAUTIONS
1. The adhesion depends on the type and color of the substrate. Please be sure to test
the ink to confirm if the required properties can be achieved.
